This will ensure a greater focus on service delivery and decision making at local level informed by national frameworks, which will allow the HSE to: Community Healthcare Services are the broad range of services that include Primary Care, Disability Services, Older Person Services, Mental Health and Health & Wellbeing Services. These services are delivered through the HSE and its funded agencies to people in local communities, as close as possible to people’s homes.
