We self-direct our own care with the assistance of Aiseanna Tacaiochta CLG through a HSE homecare package. Personal care and social care is provided by a small team of people on a rostered basis, we need kind, caring, empathetic and trustworthy people to assist this gentleman live as normal a life as possible in his own family home which is located in the countryside. Assistant F&B Supervisor
Are you working in the hospitality industry in Dublin, living in Kildare, Carlow, West Wicklow or South Dublin. Sick of the N7 and M50. We are located just outside the village of Dunlavin about 10km from Jct 3 on the M9. So if you are tied of the long commute Rathsallagh is an ideal choice. The business here is 90% event driven, it’s a 3 to 4 day week January to May then 4 to 5 May to end of September etc. Working days are predominantly Thursdays to Sundays inclusive. With the team here weekends off are easily arranged. Hours are typically 3pm or 4pm to finish busiest days of the week Thursday Friday and Saturday. We are closed for Christmas 22nd to 27th December inclusive . This position would suite a candidate that wants to work in a stress free environment, with regular hours and a foreknowledge of catering requirements such that rosters can be planned months in advance. The number of working days can be selected by the candidate if required in that we are happy to secure only 2 or 3 days a week from a candidate leaving him or her free to pursue other interests / business opportunities at the same time. This is Fixed Term Contract role of 1 year duration, with flexibility on hours therefore both full-time and part-time applicants would be considered. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: • Good knowledge of full cycle accounting – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, & Sales Reconciliation; • Play a key role in the monthly preparation of the management accounts; • Work as part of a cohesive team of finance professionals and support the achievement of the team's goals while managing individual responsibilities; • Assist with all year end duties including closing of accounts and preparation of audit with the wider finance teams. • Preparation and submission of journals to accounting system; • Month end close activities, including General Ledger reconciliation • Prepare sales reconciliations for various entities and post relevant journals to accounting system; • Assist with duties in relation to tax compliance & vat returns; • Other office admin duties as required.
