LGV Artic Driver - CAT C+E (Ref: LGVA26/04) Rate of Pay: £14.85 + Premium Payments PRM Group are looking to recruit an HGV Cat C+E driver on a full time basis, Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday across Ireland and UK. Trainer Assessor In Business Administration
Permanent, Full-time (36 hours per week) The post holder may be required to work in any of the College’s buildings as necessary. Candidates will also be required to travel to meetings/training on sites across NI to facilitate delivery of apprenticeship programmes. Job Purpose: The Trainer Assessor will play a significant role in the delivery of the growth and development strategy for newly formed Department for Business & Skills. The post holder will work within the Department for Business & Skills to ensure that Belfast Met is recognised for excellence in its delivery of training and apprenticeships and employer engagement and to ensure that the College is recognised as a partner for success in the delivery of the economic vision for the region. The post holder will be employed as a Trainer Assessor, working primarily on the College’s ApprenticeshipsNI provision within BMET’s Department for Business & Skills. Reporting to the Employer Engagement Executive, the post-holder will deliver on BMET’s Apprenticeship strategy by developing relationships with employers and assessing how their training and development needs could benefit through the apprenticeship programme. The post-holder will deliver knowledge, and skills transfer through a range of methods such as directed training, workshop sessions, facilitative workshops, and other forms of assessment such as observations, professional discussions and knowledge testing. The post-holder will have clear targets to increase the volume of work and income within their professional and technical area and for ensuring that BMET benefits from the employer engagement in terms of industrial knowledge transfer and curriculum development. The post holder will also deliver on other employability and skills programmes as required.
Teaching, Learning And Development Manager
Temporary: 9 months Approx. (Maternity cover), with the possibility of extension. Full-time (36 hours per week) The post holder may be required to work in any of the College’s buildings, as necessary. Job Purpose: To lead and drive the organisational development agenda across the College, ensuring the delivery of excellence across all elements of the service, including providing a world class programme of development, upskilling, support and innovative staff learning opportunities, for all employees. To provide vision and direction to advance pedagogy practice and professional development across the College. The post holder will be responsible for embedding a culture of teaching excellence and innovation, ensuring that professional learning and classroom practices align with regulatory standards, sectoral priorities, and organisational ambitions. This role will support the delivery of the College’s strategic vision by championing evidence-informed practices and shaping a highperformance teaching culture that underpins outstanding learner outcomes across Further Education (FE), Higher Education (HE), and Work-Based Learning (WBL) programmes.
Motor Vehicle Technician
Permanent, Full time (36 hours per week) The post holder will be expected to work across all College campuses if required. Job Purpose: To provide a safe, reliable, high-quality, and responsive technical service to students and lecturers. Facilitating the practical aspects of main subjects within the curriculum area and training students on the correct use of equipment and underpinning the knowledge necessary for safe and effective practice.
IT Network Officer
Permanent, Full-time (36 hours per week) The post holder may be required to work in any of the College’s buildings as necessary. There may a requirement to travel between sites. Job Purpose: The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of College network systems to meet College requirements and service level agreements.
Quality, Compliance And Finance Co-ordinator
Permanent , Full-time (36 hours per week) The successful applicant may be required to work in any of the College’s buildings, as necessary. Job Purpose: The Quality, Compliance & Finance Co-ordinator will be responsible for co-ordination, tracking and administrative support to ensure the effective operation of quality assurance, compliance and financial processes across the Business & Skills Department. Working under the direction of the Quality & Compliance Executive, the post holder will co-ordinate data, documentation, systems and financial evidence to support audit readiness, accurate finance claims, internal monitoring and external reporting, ensuring that departmental activity remains compliant with DfE, College and contractual requirements.
