Reports to: Operations Manager – Aurivo Animal Feeds Mill Job Overview: Reporting to the Operations Manager & Production Team Leader of the Aurivo Animal Feeds Plant, the successful candidate will work as part of a close-knit team to ensure Mill hygiene standards are met along with effective operation of production equipment to meet product quality standards. Key Responsibilities and Duties: · Maintain a high standard of hygiene/housekeeping of the Mill and adhere to health and safety procedures · Forklift and general operative duties · Accurate completion of all necessary records and documentation · Operate the manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and ensure the equipment is maintained and operating correctly · Assist with training as required and participate in continuous improvement projects with production personnel Qualifications and Skills: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work proactively and with flexibility in a team environment · Problem solving and analytical skills · Strong attention to detail · Energetic with a positive work attitude · Available to work longer hours and shift work if required
