Location: Cork/ Limerick - HybridContract: Full Time, PermanentThe primary objective of the role is to support the achievement of Community Fundraising targets in the Munster region.What you will do:Fundraising Campaign Delivery<ul><li>Contribute to and support delivery of the National Fundraising Initiatives annual plan to achieve income targets within budget, including coordination and implementation of campaigns.</li><li>Create and design engaging content for website, social media, and supporter recruitment materials, while providing administration and donor support.</li><li>Ensure all activities comply with legislation and best practice, participate in team culture, training, and maintain awareness of health, safety, and delegated responsibilities.</li></ul>Supporter Care<ul><li>Manage supporter queries (phone, email, web) professionally, ensuring a positive and caring experience.</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, GDPR-compliant CRM data entry while monitoring fundraising progress and supporting fundraisers to reach targets.</li></ul>Network Development and Support<ul><li>Recruit and manage volunteers and build relationships with community groups, associations, and third-level institutions to drive regional fundraising.</li><li>Deliver school talks, maintain strong school partnerships, and collaborate internally to keep resources current and maximise opportunities.</li></ul>Marketing Administration<ul><li>Support digital fundraising, coordinate materials and stock, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery and payment processing.</li><li>Work with Digital Marketing on campaigns, maintain website accuracy, manage supporter communications (including newsletters), and support recruitment data processes.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end administrative support to ensure smooth execution of marketing and fundraising activities.</li></ul>Teamwork<ul><li>Collaborate across the fundraising team and wider organisation to maximise income, support national initiatives, and build long-term supporter relationships.</li><li>Contribute ideas, attend meetings, maintain clear communication and reporting, and undertake additional duties as required by management.</li></ul>What you will need:<ul><li>3rd level qualification in fundraising, marketing, communications, business or a relevant discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in fundraising, marketing, events or a relevant field.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, and to engage and motivate supporters and volunteers.</li><li>Strong written communication skills; experience writing for different audiences is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and multitask in a busy team environment.</li><li>IT skills, ideally with CRM experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).</li><li>Willing and able to work outside normal office hours to support fundraising activities as required.</li><li>Full clean driving license and access to a car (due to regional travel across Munster).</li></ul>Focus Ireland is an equal opportunities employer
