Team Leader
Team Leader (Senior Supervisor/Instructor Grade), Permanent, Part Time (70 hours per fortnight), Waterford Services Come and work with one of Ireland’s best 150 Employers! The role of a Team Leader The person appointed will be responsible for leading a Day Service team as part of the Waterford Services. The person appointed should have the ability to proactively lead the team and inspire and motivate the ongoing development of effective teamwork. The team will facilitate the choices of and deliver supports to people who use services incorporating activities such as independent living skills, community integration, personal development, occupational and leisure activities within the context of the New Direction Model of Service Delivery. The role of a Staff Nurse/Enhanced Nurse Staff Nurses assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care practiced in the relevant care setting. They provide complete, person centered care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life for people supported by the service. They assist in all aspects of the practical tasks associated with the daily life of the person supported.
