SOCIAL CARE WORKER WESTMEATH DAY SERVICES- Monday to Friday Fixed Term Full Time 12 month Contract 70 hours per fortnight Social Care Worker We are seeking to recruit a motivated, creative and energetic social care worker to join our day services team. The focus of the role will be to lead initiatives in supporting the individuals to live a life of their choosing and what matters most to them. The role will support the individuals to become connected and valued within their local community, to provide opportunities for new experiences and to assist each person in developing real and authentic relationships. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in supporting individuals to develop valued social roles and have experience in supporting individuals with communication needs and those who may display behaviours of concern and will have experience of person-centred planning and knowledge of person directed and individualised support approaches. SUPPORT (CHILDCARE) WORKER Monday to Friday Two-Year Fixed Term Contract 25 Hours per week LIR PRE SCHOOL KINNEGAD, CO. WESTMEATH Lir is a well-established preschool where children with addition and complex needs attend for sessional care. We are looking for a dynamic person who has genuine interest in education and care for children with higher needs. If you are willing to be committed, share your knowledge while also willing to learn, we would like to meet you. We require a person who is kind, caring reliable, flexible, motivated with good communication skills who is fun loving and will make a difference in our children’s lives.
