We are now inviting applications for a Project Coordinator to help plan, coordinate and deliver a meaningful anniversary programme that celebrates our story, our people, our partnerships and the communities we are proud to be part of. You will play a central role in helping Sunbeam deliver a 50th Anniversary Programme that reflects our values, promotes inclusion and strengthens links with families, staff, people supported, community partners and wider stakeholders. About the Role As Project Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of approved anniversary events, maintain project plans and timelines, coordinate committee actions and support sponsorship, fundraising and stakeholder engagement activity. You will work closely with the 50th Anniversary Event Planning Committee, the designated Project Sponsor and key internal and external stakeholders to make sure events are well organised, inclusive and delivered to a high standard. What You Will Help Deliver In this role, you will support: These duties reflect the role’s focus on project coordination, governance, communications, sponsorship, fundraising, stakeholder engagement and programme evaluation. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working across multiple areas of activity. You should have experience in project coordination, event management or programme delivery, along with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Experience supporting fundraising, sponsorship or partnership engagement is also essential. You will bring strong administrative and organisational skills, good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in the not-for-profit, disability or community sector would be an advantage, as would experience working on large-scale events or campaigns. We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist (Postural and Motor Management) to join our teams in Co. Wicklow. Contract Type: Fixed Term Post for 24 months. Contract Hours: 17.5 hours per week. Salary Scale: €68,897 to €80,302pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments) This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Annual Leave Entitlement : Overview of the Post: The post holder will provide a high standard of Physiotherapy services, including advanced and specialised interventions, to support the therapists, service users and families in CHO6. The post holder will act as a positive and supportive team leader in their specialism, using clinical reasoning skills to provide specialist support and advice to colleagues to support the development of their knowledge and skills, whilst maintaining a clinical caseload on the Children’s Disability Network Team. The post holder will also participate in ongoing audit and appropriate work-related research/evaluation projects in areas relevant to their clinical field. Statutory Registration, Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc: (a) Candidates for appointment must: (i) Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU. AND (ii) Have five years full time (or equivalent) years post qualification clinical experience of which four years full time (or equivalent) must be consecutive in the required area of specialism. AND (iii) Demonstrate a proven record of clinical excellence. AND (iv) Professional Development and Practice Candidates must demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the required area of specialism, in the form of post-graduate qualifications or relevant courses. AND Candidates must demonstrate achievement in the areas of clinical audit, quality improvement initiatives, practice development, teaching and research. AND (v) Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability, management, leadership and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office. AND (vi) Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued. AND (vii) Be eligible to work in the State. 2. Annual Registration: (i) On appointment practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
