The position requires strong organisational capability, multilingual communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments. Key Duties & Responsibilities · Manage all customer orders, export logistics, transport and production planning, and associated certification and compliance documentation. · Oversee export sales across multiple international markets and ensure timely, accurate dispatch of goods. · Lead the optimisation and automation of administrative procedures, documentation systems, and operational workflows. · Liaise closely with production and harvesting teams to align export requirements with daily operations. · Maintain direct communication with international clients to ensure seamless delivery operations and high customer service standards. · Assist with continuous improvement of harvesting, grading, and packaging processes within the production facility. · Develop practical knowledge of sustainable aquaculture production processes.
