Job Purpose: The purpose of the Medical Secretary Grade IV is to provide an exceptional and comprehensive support service delivery within the various Departments in CVRRE Directorate (Cardiology, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Renal, Respiratory and Endocrinology) in consideration of Patient Care and the Departmental Administration Team. The Grade IV Medical Secretary will ensure that all duties, roles and responsibilities are completed to the required operational standards in line with the competency framework. Administration & Monitoring Support Officer
A fixed-term vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:- Administration & Monitoring Support Officer Hours of Work: 22.2 hours per week Status: This is a fixed term funded position, in the first instance until 30 June 2028 which may be extended subject to funding Salary: Scale 5 and in the range SCP 14 - 19, currently £29,540 to £32,061 per annum (pro rata). Location: The location of the post will be in Ballymena but requirements of the post may result in the postholder having to work in locations across Mid and East Antrim. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide a full range of administrative support duties to the Investment & Funding Team, including the co-ordination of day-to-day administration activities for all staff. To undertake aspects of the monitoring functions required by Council, PEACEPLUS, National, EU and other investment funds to ensure the effective and efficient distribution of funding. To assist the Finance Manager, Officers and Investment and Funding Delivery Manager in ensuring compliance with CIPFA/SOLACE "Delivering Good Governance: Framework” including processing invoices and project claims for payment as required by the PEACEPLUS, National, EU and other investment funds.
