Senior Occupational Therapist

Senior Occupational Therapist · 1.0WTE (35 hours) · Specified Purpose Contract (approximately 6-9 months) · H.S.E. funded · Based in Blackrock Hospice The Senior Occupational Therapist will work in conjunction with the Occupational Therapist Manager in ensuring the coordination, development and delivery of a quality, client-centred Occupational Therapy Service to meet the needs of the service user group and the objectives of the organisation. The Senior Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the provision of a high standard Occupational Therapy service in Blackrock Hospice and other designated areas * and will carry out clinical and educational duties as assigned by the Occupational Therapist Manager. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. *Designated area refers to the Occupational Therapy Departments in the Palliative Care Units in Harold’s Cross and Blackrock or any other area as identified under the authority of OLH&CS.
