LEISURE BOOKINGS ADVISOR | €13.70 per hour We are looking for a Leisure Bookings Advisor to assist the Indoor Activities Management team in ensuring the smooth running of the Sports and Leisure Facilities including, but not exclusively: Court and table hire, equipment hire, Gym, Leisure Booking Desk, House of Games, Leisure Bowl and The Pottery Painting Studio. Working as part of a team, your main responsibilities will include booking activities for our guests, hiring out sports equipment, operation of the bowling lanes, assisting guests with enquiries and ensuring equipment safety checks are carried out prior to conducting any activity. The role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction. Aqua Sana Forest Spa is extremely popular and is accessible to both guests staying on the Village as a Center Parcs guest, and external guests who visit Aqua Sana Forest Spa during Spa Days and Spa Breaks. SPA ASSISTANT / LIFEGUARD - TRAINEE / QUALIFIED | €15.01 per hour As an Aqua Sana Spa Assistant, you will provide a safe, clean and luxurious environment for our guests. You will be responsible for engaging with our guests and exceeding their expectations by providing excellent service. Lifeguard duties and maintaining the relaxing ambience of the spa will be a priority. Sustaining excellent standards of the spa through general maintenance and stringent cleaning procedures is a daily requirement of this role.  Trainee candidates will be required to attend an NPLQ course, and an offer of employment will be subject to passing the course and a successful interview. Please note that the course will be full-time hours for 5 days and include classroom sessions on the responsibilities of being a Lifeguard, how to observe our pool guests, how to rescue those in need and how to administer first aid and CPR.
