Internal/External Competition Staff Grade Psychologist (Brain Injury/ Stroke/ Spinal Cord System of Care/ Polar/ Paediatric/ Outpatient Programmes) Immediate Temporary Full - Time Post Permanent/Temporary/Full-Time/Part-time Panel Positions We are seeking enthusiastic Psychologist (staff grade) with an interest in acquired disability and rehabilitation to work with our team at the National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH). Overview of the role The Assistant Director of Nursing will play an integral role as part of the senior nursing team within the Hospital. She/he will be responsible for maintaining optimum levels of care that ensure the health and safety of all patients. To provide professional / clinical leadership in the designated area(s) of responsibility. Rotation to night duty may be a requirement of this post. You will manage and troubleshoot a diverse ecosystem of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, hardware, and network connectivity to ensure seamless business continuity. This role requires a proactive security mindset to maintain a robust security posture. You will be required to balance technical expertise with strong communication, collaborating with internal users and external partners to ensure the environment and infrastructure are efficient, robust and secure. Essential Qualifications : · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies including Intune, Conditional Access, and Entra ID. · Ability to provide 1st and 2nd line support to all IT users to ensure reported problems are resolved as effectively and efficiently as possible. · Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role. · Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, OWASP). · Troubleshoot hardware issues with Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, and Local and MFP Printers. · Troubleshoot telephone handset, mailbox and voicemail issues. Liaise with telephone support provider. · Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. · Installation and configuration of software applications and systems. · Management of Video Conferencing software and equipment. · Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. · Setup and reconfigure workstations which will include the manual handling of IT hardware.

EPR System Support Specialist – Permanent, Full-time The EPR (Electronic Patient Record) System Support Specialist is responsible for delivering day-to-day application support and technical resolution activity through the organisation’s ICT service management processes. The post holder will investigate incidents, service requests and recurring issues, engage with users to understand business need, and implement approved fixes or improvements through configuration, reporting, SQL and development activity. The role is primarily support and service focused, but also includes a meaningful level of hands-on development and technical change delivery. The post holder will be expected to test changes thoroughly, maintain accurate technical documentation and support safe deployment into live environments. Essential Qualifications : · Relevant qualification in ICT, software development, computer science, information systems or equivalent practical experience. · Experience in an ICT applications support, systems support or software support environment. · Experience of working with a service desk or service management system to manage incidents, requests and changes. · Experience of investigating issues, testing changes and supporting controlled deployments. · Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles. · Practical experience in an object-oriented language, ideally including Delphi. · Good working knowledge of SQL for query writing, troubleshooting and validation. · Understanding of testing approaches, change control and technical documentation good practice.
