Purchasing Administrator
OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE: The post holder is responsible for all administrative duties within the Procurement Department. The post holder will ensure that all orders are placed within an acceptable time, expedite orders to ensure on time delivery and will be expected to communicate any supply issues to Procurement Specialists and the procurement Supervisor. JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: The post holder will: 1. Ensure that all Purchase Orders including Customer specific, Expense (Stationary, Sundry, and PPE), Depot and Almac inventory are placed in a timely manner 2. Expedite Order confirmations and agree delivery dates with suppliers 3. Ensure the purchase order system is maintained and kept up to date at all times 4. Resolve material queries resulting from supplier non conformances, e.g. provision of purchase documentation such as certificates & packing lists 5. Liaise with Procurement Specialists to ensure the timely order placement from predefined Re-order point reports 6. Liaise with operational departments to support sourcing of sundry and commodity items as required 7. Record departmental KPI’s. Assist with data capture for supplier KPI’s to include the recording of internal information specifically relating to the upkeep of Tracker Spreadsheets. 8. Support invoice approval by checking received quantities against invoice quantity and invoice price against purchase order price 9. Assume responsibility for the overall administration and filing within the department, i.e. Purchase Order and Delivery Documentation 10. Ensure effective time management, prioritising tasks in accordance with department structure. 11. Ensure documentation is generated and completed in accordance with the principles of GMP and internal Standard Operations Procedures. 12. Fulfil any necessary duties associated with the role, as and when required. Project Support Officer
OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE: The principle function of the Project Management team is to manage projects involving discovery, development and delivery of biomarker based products. These can be either customer sponsored projects or as part of the Almac Diagnostic Services internal product pipeline. The Project Support Officer assists the Project Management Team in the timely delivery of administrative tasks. The role will involve supporting the Project Management team as well as improving and maintaining relevant Project Management infrastructure. JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: The post holder will: 1. Perform filing of all project specific documentation both hard copy and electronic and maintain project files to a high standard. 2. Fulfil any necessary administration duties required to assist in the management of projects. 3. Support the project managers where required with management of sample logistics. 4. Co-ordinate the return or destruction of tissue. 5. Ensure accurate records are kept to document sample storage. 6. Ensure that all internal and customer contact is carried out with a high level of professionalism in order to develop and maintain good working relationships. 7. Receive and follow through on all customer queries ensuring a response is supplied in a timely manner. 8. Perform project closeout activities for the project management team. 9. Perform archiving activities for project management team and assist other departments within Diagnostics with archiving activities. 10. Perform destruction activities for projects which are beyond their retention period. 11. Accurately record project information. 12. Provide regular updates to project managers and project support supervisor as and when required. 13. Maintain internal project management team meetings including generating agendas and minutes. 14. OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE: 1. The Design Manager’s primary function is to gather and document complex user requirements and facilitate production IT’s delivery of high quality systems meeting those requirements. 2. The Design Manager works with the cross functional Almac team to deliver products and services. 3. The Design Manager - is assigned an internal levelling identifier (Level I through Level IV) pursuant to their grasp of the appropriate job functions and skills, experience level and their breadth of responsibility JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: The post holder will: 1.) MEETS DEPARTMENT, COMPANY AND PROJECT GOALS BY ACCOMPLISHING THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES: • Requirements: Collect, analyze, and organize requirements and transfers the same information to members of the team for initial and subsequent builds. This is achieved though: i. Lead requirements review meetings. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis (protocol / supporting documents), requirements workshops, client visits, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints. ii.
