Team Leader
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in delivering quality standards of care and support to children or young adults with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviours. Full time 40-hour contract. Day, afternoon and/or evening shifts. This role will entail 20 hours’ frontline and 20 hours’ administration. The successful candidate will report to the Service Manager and will play a key role in ensuring the provision of high quality, responsive and sustainable services in accordance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation. Our aim is to ensure that each person we support achieves their optimum potential.
