JOB PURPOSE:The student will gain experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry within a Packaging Team. The main responsibilities will be to continuously improve the performance and efficiencies of the Packaging Departments Systems and Processes.RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Provide support for the Departments Agile (CI/OpEx) program.</li><li>Working in close collaboration with the Pack Team Lead, OEE Technician, OEE Engineer.</li><li>Support the performance of packaging related quality, safety, planning &amp; logistical activities, systems and tools.</li><li>Participating in Continuous Improvement projects within all Packaging processes.</li><li>Data collection and analysis.</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as required and directed by the Manager, Packaging or other officer appointed by the Board of Directors.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive and promote the corporate values of Takeda-ism within the workplace.</li></ul>EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li> Studying towards a relevant third level degree. </li></ul>RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Experience in presenting / training preferable but not essential.</li></ul>SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:<ul><li>Self-starter.</li><li>Basic PC literacy essential.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal / communication skills essential.</li><li>Strong willingness to learn / apply new tools / techniques essential.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li></ul>
