Reporting Relationship The post holder will report to the Integrated Service Lead. Key Working Relationships The post holder will work closely with the Head of Mental Health Services, General Manager and other key Mental Health Service Managers including Consultants, Business Manager, and the Heads of Discipline for Mental Health Services, including Nursing, Social Work and Psychology. The post holder will be a member of and will participate fully in the area manager team and Quality and Risk and other governance meetings in relation to the Mental Health Commission. The post holder will also work with and govern all Occupational Therapists/ Staff in the service.
