It is envisaged that the BFI will be expanded to primary care teams as the quality improvement programme is further developed. The NBFIG are overseeing the delivery of a range of actions across 5 priority areas within the Breastfeeding in a Healthy Ireland: Health Service Executive Action Plan 2016-2021. SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST Terms and Conditions of Employment Tenure The current vacancy available is permanent and whole time. The post is pensionable. Decision making/judgement Experience of analysing complex financial and performance information and drafting written reports that clearly present findings, conclusions and constructive recommendations to inform effective decision making. 4. Resource planning and budgeting Experience of planning and managing the use of resources for multiple activities within budget constraints. 5. Leadership skills Evidence of a proven ability to develop, motivate and lead teams. 6. Communication skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders. 7.
