The role of a Team Leader The person appointed will be responsible for leading Day Service teams in Nagle Services. The person appointed should have the ability to proactively lead the team and inspire and motivate the ongoing development of effective teamwork. The team will facilitate the choices of and deliver supports to people who use services incorporating activities such as independent living skills, community integration, personal development, occupational and leisure activities within the context of the New Direction Model of Service Delivery.
