As a Fitness Advisor, you will implement the Council’s Fitness, Education, Rehabilitation, Nutrition (FERN) Strategy and Plans, both inside and outside of the gym environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support, guidance and encouragement to gym users on how to use equipment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable fitness session. Provide customer inductions, exercise programmes and instruction on all aspects of fitness. Monitor programmes and performance of all customers using the NAP model (Name, Aspiration and Performance) within the gym environment.
