This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious individual to join an award-winning hotel located in the heart of Ireland, in Co. Laois. Ballyfin Demesne is the proud recipient of 3 Michelin Keys and also recently awarded a Michelin star for our Restaurant, headed by the exceptionally talented Richard Picard-Edwards. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the General Manager (GM) will be responsible for leading the hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring we are consistently and effectively delivering on our exceptional 5-star guest service. This is a full-time, permanent position working 5 days over 7 days, Monday to Sunday. This is a hands-on operational role where presence is key to success. A strong background in Food and Beverage Operations is highly advantageous. Main duties include, but are not limited to: The successful candidate will be a strong and collaborative leader, with a strong background in Food & Beverage and hotel operations.
