The normal working hours will be Monday – Friday but may involve weekend work if required to meet the needs of the people we support or Personal Outcomes. Contracted hours of work are liable to change from 8am to 8pm over 7 days to meet the requirements of the programme. Remuneration: Department of Health Social Care Worker salary scale as at 01/08/2025 apply: €40,351 x 11 increments - €55,599 per annum (pro-rata for part-time). A long service increment €56,650 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) is payable after 3 years on the maximum of the scale. Additional payments will be made for weekends, public holidays and night duty when worked. Salary quoted is based on a 39-hour working week. The successful candidate will be granted incremental credit subject to satisfactory verification of previous public sector service. Tenure: This post is Permanent, full time and pensionable.
