Contract Offered : Full-time, Permanent Working Hours / Shifts : Monday to Thursday – 8.15am to 5.30pm and 8am to 1pm on a Friday. What does this role involve? This role is responsible for processing all payroll including weekly, monthly and international in an accurate and timely manner, whilst maintaining pension and payroll records. The key duties of the role will include: • Process all UK and Ireland payrolls in house. • Liaise with Bureaus, Accountants and Finance for International payrolls. • Create and maintain staff records on payroll systems. • Generate reports from TMS to use for processing UK and Ireland payments. • Transfer payments via BACS or bank transfer. • Issue pay statements and other documents such as P45 and P60. • Payrolling Benefits in Kind (BIK) through UK payroll and submit HMRC returns. • Assess all staff for Auto-Enrolment pension scheme purposes. • Upload and pay all AE + GPPP contributions to the pension administrators’ online hub (Aegon). • Deal with all HMRC, CSA and NICO queries. • Maintain HMRC statutory payment records. • Deal with any employee queries. • Produce reports for management as required. People are supported in various settings including residential units, community houses, family homes, day services, respite services and supported community living. The successful candidate will provide services in a variety of these settings. The Senior Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the provision of a high quality Occupational Therapy service and will carry out clinical and educational duties as required. The Senior Occupational Therapist will support staff grade therapist(s) and provide leadership in the oversight of how the service is delivered. The professional reporting relationship for clinical governance and clinical supervision will be to the Head of Discipline (Occupational Therapy Manager) through the professional line management structure. The therapist will ultimately be responsible to the Director of Services (Ms. Una Nagle). Working in partnership with each person supported by services, we aim to create opportunities for people supported by services to have ordinary life experiences and to be closely connected to family and friends. REA Adult Services provide a range of community-based servicesincluding day, residential, respite, community outreach, family support and a range of multidisciplinary support services. People are supported in day centres, supported employment, social and micro enterprises, training and education and these can be in groups or individualised. People are supported in residential settings in their own homes in the community individually and in groups. All posts are based on a 14-day duty roster. The successful candidates may be required to work to accommodate an integrated day service, with weekend work, some split duty hours, public holidays, evening/night duty and sleep-ins to meet service needs.
