The Friends of the National Gallery of Ireland (“FNGI”) was established in 1986 to support the activities of the Gallery by recruiting membership, to encourage an appreciation of painting, sculpture and architecture. It is a self-funding organisation with charitable status (RCN 20158958). The FNGI wishes to recruit a Friends Manager on a permanent basis. The Friends Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and retain members and managing the busy FNGI charity. This role involves managing FNGI human resources, budgets and the membership lifecycle, while delivering exceptional member experiences, and ensuring the smooth operation of the related systems, policies and processes. We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Clinic Area Manager to manage our clinics within the area from York to Nottingham. Location : Based in our Leeds clinic - Unit 10-12 Cross Arcade, Victoria Quarter, 44 Victoria Gate George Street, Leeds LS2 7AU. However, the successful candidate will also be responsible for our clinics in Derby, Hull, Nottingham, Leeds, Sheffield and York. This role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of several Randox Health clinics within the region. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations to include International Standardisation Organisation and Care Quality Commission for clinics. • Ensure that all staff adhere to the Quality Management System. • Manage clinical staff, across a number of clinics within the region along with maintaining relations with GPs, specialists, doctors and couriers. • The development and appraisal of staff. • Develop and implement policies and procedures. • Manage clinic expenditure. • Ensure sufficient overall management of the clinic with regards to supplies, equipment, fixtures, and fittings. • Ability to cover reception duties. • Ensure clinic and all staff provide a high level of customer service and care to all clients. • Ensure effective teamwork and communication with staff throughout the business. • Ensure that staff maintain confidentiality and appropriate storage of confidential information. • Ensure full knowledge of software procedures and clinic roles. • Assist with recruitment as required. • Rota optimisation and management in order to meet client requirements and financial revenue. • Regular travel within our clinic network. Essential criteria: • University Degree in a business or science related discipline. • Experience in managing a team. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Exemplary customer service skills and experience. • Flexibility to travel and work across multiple sites. • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages. Desirable: • Confidence and experience working internal / external events. • Previous sales / retail experience. • High level of IT literacy. • Experience within a senior management role. • Full UK driving licence.

Currently, approximately 30k staff work within the HSE Dublin and Midlands Region providing key health and social care services with a budget of €3 billion. The region has 4 Integrated Health Areas, serving a population of around 300,000 and take account of local geographies, population size, needs and services. The IHA areas are HSE Dublin South City and West, HSE Dublin South West, HSE Kildare and West Wicklow and HSE Midlands and the Integrated Healthcare Managers are in post since October 2024. Overall Purpose of the Post: To maximise sales and profit and manage the new shop in a commercial manner.
