Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – 12 month FTC Glanbia Join this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life’s journey The Opportunity A vacancy has arisen for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner in Dublin , Ireland or London , UK on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives within Talent Acquisition while partnering with functional leadership to align and support business operations through strategic goal setting and project initiatives. The Sr. TA Partner will recruit for talent at all levels across the organisation and identify, engage and build talent pipelines utilising a variety of outlets. In addition, this position may provide recruitment, selection, placement and retention support and direction to other TA Partners.
