BAND: Trades Apprentice JOB PURPOSE: To complete the second year of a Trades Apprenticeship, through completion of training and a relevant qualification. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery by undertaking a course of study and on the job training to become a fully qualified in your chosen trade and provide the required service in Housing Executive properties while upholding safety guidelines and complying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must have completed year 1 of an NVQ Level 2 Plumbing Apprenticeship (or equivalent) which can be evidenced through relevant documentation/ confirmation from training provider. Lead ICT Telephony & Unified Comms Analyst

BAND: 6 JOB PURPOSE: The Lead ICT Telephony & Unified Comms Analyst will be responsible for supporting the ICT Telephony & Unified Comms Manager in the delivery of the day-to-day operations of the Avaya Aura Unified Communications Platform including all components, Supplier/Contract Management, Incident & Service Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Communications. Another key aspect of this role will involve liaising closely with a number of key business users and third-party Service providers. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Can demonstrate at least 2 years’ relevant experience within the last 4 years of working in Incident & Service Request Management, Change & Problem Management.
