What to expect from the role Sales floor · Hold the daily team briefs, sharing store’s KPIs, and motivate the team in beating these · Perform store walks; understand the importance of commerciality and how this shapes the visual merchandising in store · Monitor store sales figures · Handle serious complaints that have been escalated Personal sales · Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV and productivity · Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals personalities and needs Store operations · Act as key holder for the store and ensure the relevant store opening/closure procedure is actioned · Cashing up and reconciling the till systems · Assist the store management with administrative duties including recruitment and conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings if required · Assisting with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store · Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and anything escalated by the wider team · Always being alert while on the shop floor and following company security policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe The successful candidate Our supervisors are the ambassadors of the Pandora brand. Details of Service Cork University Hospital (CUH) has approximately 800 beds and this will increase further to 1,000 beds on completion of the transfer of additional services to the CUH campus. CUH currently employs approximately 3,269 (WTE) staff of multiple professions and is the primary teaching hospital for the Faculty of Health and Science in University College Cork (UCC). UCC is the Academic partner of the South/South West Hospital Group. CUH has very strong relationships with each of the six schools within the Science Faculty of UCC and this is a key area for future development to maximise the opportunities for both the service and academia. CUH is a designated Major Trauma Centre for the Republic of Ireland due to the wide range of specialities delivered by the hospital – including Neurosciences, Cardiac Services, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Renal, Internal Medicine, Vascular, Ophthalmology, Urology, Plastic Surgery, Maxillary-Facial, Paediatrics, Intensive Care, Oncology, Haematology, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Neonatology and Emergency Medicine. CUH is the tertiary referral centre for the HSE Southern area, and the supra-regional area of Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Waterford and Kilkenny. CUH therefore acts as a regional centre for secondary and tertiary care for the catchment population of approx. 550,000 served by the HSE Southern area and a supra-regional centre for a total a population of 1.1 million. Purpose of the Post The post of CNM3 has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area. The main responsibilities are: quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership. Pre-Admission Assessment Clinic PAAC sees adult patients over the age of 16. Referrals are taken from Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Vascular, Colorectal, Urology, Plastic and Breast specialties, with occasional referrals from Orthopaedics and Dental. Following Covid-19 and the effect the pandemic had on planned hospital treatment, the Surgical Hub Model has been proposed in Ireland as part of the wider reform of Scheduled Care. In line with Sláintecare vision, protected elective capacity is expected to help reduce waiting lists and waiting times, and support progress towards the Sláintecare access targets of 10 weeks for an outpatient appointment, 12 weeks for inpatient/day care procedure and 10 days for a diagnostic procedure. Cork has been identified as one of the 6 national surgical hubs and will be located on the CUH campus. The hub will be available for use for elective procedures by the following hospitals, CUH, MUH, SIVUH, Mallow General and Bantry General Hospitals. It is envisaged that all patients accessing the hub will receive their pre-admission assessments in CUH. The CNM3 will assess staff requirements, coordinate staff within the Pre-Admission Assessment Clinic, ensure policies and operational policies are maintained, updated and adhered to. The CNM3 will liaise closely with the ADON for the area and be involved in the introduction of any changes within the service as and when required.
