A degree or relevant professional qualification in a discipline with a substantial analytical component. 2. A minimum of 12 months demonstrable, relevant experience of working in one or more of: audit and scrutiny, research, strategy and policy, data analytics, service delivery, or business management. 3. Well-developed research, analytical and numerical skills and the ability to analyse complex data, draw sound judgements and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Customer Services Assistant
The Role This is a maternity cover role. Reporting to the Customer Services Senior Lead, the Customer Services Officer will assist with customer queries and administration within the Customer Services team. The post holder will play a key role in providing administrative resource for new gas connections and maintenance of our network, answering calls and responding to emails and queries as directed by the Customer Services Senior Lead. The post holder will work closely with a number of internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks whilst delivering first class customer service to prospective and existing Kinecx Energy customers. Warehouse Operative
Warehouse Operative – Day Shift Pick Team (WOP26/05) Rate: £13.40 - £13.90 + Weekend Premium The successful candidates will work closely with all members of the Logistics Team to ensure the prompt despatch of customer orders. The role will involve lifting cases of product and working in a chilled environment. Responsibilities will include accurately locating and picking chilled food products to provide a high service level to the customer. You will also be responsible for receipt checking of inbound goods, checking and despatch of outbound goods, stock rotation and assisting with stock checks. Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry, knowledge of food product, storage and rotation and good general education would be beneficial. Hours of work are as per a shift rota.
