The multidisciplinary team approach consists of psychiatry, psychology, speech and language, Occupational therapy, social work, nursing staff and social care staff who work in partnership with parents to support the physical, emotional and social development of the child/adolescent who access our service. The position of Social Care Worker works as part of a team to support the Person In Charge of the Designated Centre to run within agreed guidelines. Ensures the implementation of safe care that matched with the service mission to Deliver an effective, efficient, safe, person centred, equitable service, in line with best practice standards. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: • Previous phlebotomy experience • Phlebotomy certificate of competence • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Exemplary customer service skills and experience. • Ability to manage existing clientele and generate new clientele at the same time. • High level of IT literacy. Desirable criteria: • Experience in a private healthcare setting. • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages. • Confidence and experience working internal / external events. • Sales / Retail experience. • Valid driving license
