The post will be a key coordination role for the site with the holder acting as a focal point for world heritage issues in Gracehill and providing advice and support to owners and stakeholders on the implications of the designation. The post holder will promote best practice, seek opportunities for funding, develop and maintain statistics, be central to the development of the site, and represent the site at transnational and UK coordinator meetings. The postholder will also be expected to play an important role in the development of heritage knowledge and expertise within the Council and to support colleagues in the development and delivery of relevant plans, events and projects.  This role is being recruited in partnership with the Historic Environment Division, Department for Communities.
