Product Owner / Technical Product Manager (with Delivery Management) Role Purpose: This is a hybrid Product Owner / Technical Product Manager role with delivery management responsibility for a small IT product engineering squad. The role is responsible for owning and delivering core operational product platforms, specifically Rota and Tracker, while leading cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations and business stakeholders. The position combines product ownership, backlog management, technical oversight and agile delivery leadership. It acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams and engineering, ensuring scalable, well-integrated solutions are delivered effectively and provide measurable business value. The role also provides day-to-day coordination, planning and delivery governance for a small product engineering squad, ensuring high-quality execution, predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
