Chef Required We are looking for a fluent English-speaking chef to join our team. Somone with the skills to prepare menus daily for the residents of our friendly Nursing & Retirement Home. We are looking for someone who works to the highest standards, is knowledgeable of all levels of HACCP and has experience in managing a vibrant, busy kitchen. Previous Nursing Home experience would be beneficial, but not necessary. Requirements Culinary Expertise including specialised dietary requirements. A recognized qualification in Culinary Arts Leaderships skills with ability to manage and inspire a team. Good Attention to Detail regarding food preparation and presentation. Excellent Organizational Skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Great Communication skills, capable of interacting with all personnel in the Nursing Home, Residents, staff, management, and visitors. Contract for 39 hours per week over 7 days. Competitive Salary, Free Parking and Paid Holidays Hourly Rate €20 - €21 per hour

Senior Occupational Therapist, Posts Available
Please note that in line with HSE HR Memo 054/2023 - HSE Recruitment Pause, we are advertising for the post of Senior Occupational Therapist. Due to the aforementioned Recruitment Pause, we are accepting applications for this post and will arrange interviews to find a suitable candidate. We will undergo our Recruitment Checks for the suitable candidate, which consist of References, Garda Vetting and Pre-Placement Health Assessment clearance, however, a formal job offer and start date will not be offered until the Recruitment Pause has been lifted. All information in relation to this post, can be found in the attached Job Description. There are 2 positions available for this post, the candidate who places first on the panel will be offered the full-time post, while the candidate who places second on the panel will be offered the part-time post. All other candidates who are successful at interview will remain on the panel for a period of one-year following the date of the interview and may be contacted to begin the recruitment stages in the event that one of these positions, or a separate Senior Occupational Therapist post becomes available.
