Conveyancing Solicitor

O'Dowd Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy practice. Both full time and part time applications will be considered however at least four days a week would be preferable. The primary location for the role can be in offices in Glanmire or Fermoy depending on the preference of the successful candidate although attendance at both offices will be required from time to time. Hybrid and/or remote working will not be considered as this is a client facing role. While the role is primarily in the area of conveyancing, a degree of flexibility will be required and the successful candidate may be asked to assist in litigation matters during busy periods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong IT competency including experience with legal case management systems and Excel, be capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team, have the ability to effectively manage client expectations and will be very organised with keen attention to detail.
