The Role: Uisce Éireann IT (UÉ IT) provides IT services and support to the wider Uisce Éireann business, and across the Local Authority user base. IT Operations is responsible for all operational run activities across Applications, Operational Technology, Service Management and Infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure team is responsible for IT/OT infrastructure services to the business across a wide range of functions including maintenance of existing systems and IT/OT infrastructure, release management, configuration management, IT/OT disaster recovery, vendor management, security infrastructure management, IT/OT standards compliance and quality assurance. The team guide resources, facilitate team demand management and capacity planning, and manage the seqUÉncing and operational interdependencies of all IT Operations related initiatives. The infrastructure team also manages the data centres and IT/OT infrastructure for UÉ, including IT availability and IT continuity. Reporting to the Cloud Team Lead, the Cloud Resource Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day to day operational IT Cloud Operations, Infrastructure and Cloud Services supporting Uisce Éireann. Our Service - BreastCheck (The National Breast Screening Programme) BreastCheck – The National Breast Screening Programme - plays a central role in diagnosis and management of breast cancer in Ireland, providing free mammograms every two years to women aged 50 to 69. Survival has improved because of screening, symptomatic detection and improved treatment options. As a Mammographer, you will be closely involved with both the quality of the outcome of the service and each woman’s satisfaction with the service. We offer both Full-time and part-time opportunities. Consideration will be given to flexible working arrangements. We are currently accepting applications from suitably qualified candidates for our 4 units in Cork, Dublin & Galway. BreastCheck has 4 screening units in hospitals and 24 mobile clinics across the country. Life as a Mammographer (Senior Radiographer) You'll be part of a multidisciplinary breast screening team and be responsible for the monitoring and quality assurance tests for specialist mammography equipment to ensure that it's used safely within set parameters. Mammographers play an important part in early cancer detection by producing high-quality mammograms to identify signs of cancer. How to become a Mammographer (Senior Radiographer) Mammographers are CORU-registered Radiographers with 3 years full-time (or an aggregate of 3 years) post-qualification clinical experience. PostGraduate Mammography Qualification: Radiographers in BreastCheck will hold or be in training for a recognised postgraduate qualification in mammography and will achieve the award within one year of taking up a post with the programme. Appointed candidates must undertake a 1-year specialist Post-Graduate Qualification in Mammography if they are not currently in receipt of this qualification. Training will be supported and financed by National Screening Service . The aims of a specific course of study in mammography are to develop a high level of practical expertise in mammography; a sound theoretical knowledge of breast imaging, diagnosis and treatment; and critical evaluation and judgement skills. These outcomes will enable the radiographer to become a skilled practitioner of mammographic technique and an active member of the multidisciplinary team. Important to Note: Mammography (MSc) - Entry requirements - Please note for International Candidates: You will be required to provide evidence of English language competence at IELTS 7 (no less than 6.5 in any element) or equivalent. Warehouse Operator
About the role We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our Kerry Team in Carrigaline, Co. Cork. This is a full-time, permanent role with working hours from 07:45 to 16:15, Monday to Friday. Where will you work? Our Kerry site in Carrigaline specialises in the production and distribution of enzymes and brewing ingredients for a global market. Located in a quiet, green area, the site is conveniently near a bus station, making it just a 30-minute journey from Cork city. What will you do? Your responsibilities as a Warehouse Operator will include: Prepare and process manufacturing orders, including picking, assembling, and staging materials for production, as well as handling goods inwards, sampling, and SAP transactions. Support inventory management through weekly cycle counts and SAP reconciliation and manage the dispatch and receipt of products and materials, including shrink-wrapping, labelling, and coordination with third-party warehouses. Ensure safe working practices in areas with frequent forklift and pallet movements, proactively supporting safety initiatives and audits. Maintain GMP (General Manufacturing Practices), cleanliness, and accurate documentation across all warehouse and cold storage areas. Provide coverage for other warehouse roles during holiday periods.
