Proposition Manager, Fixed

As team champion of customer experience, you will also own & manage the customer experience excellence programme for the segment. For this you will demonstrate strong attention to detail, be highly structured in your approach & have a passion for working with and communicating with others.  Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities: Fixed Broadband Proposition Lead * Using your deep insight & understanding of the segment you will help design/tailor new & existing propositions to meet the needs of our customers and support the achievement of Segment ‘Detailed Budget’ objectives * Lead and own the choice of locations for marketing activities and roll out strategy identifying and verifying key success factors * Compile and co-ordinate all inputs across networks, customer proposition, strategy execution, network strategy and customer delivery * Manage marketing activity delivery timelines and deliverables with all relevant owners, both internal and external * Diagnose performance issues as they arise and implement learnings in future activities &/or propositions.  * Support segment product owner & segment commercial manager in securing all promo & proposition approvals through the relevant governance processes  * Devising and securing sign off of overall proposition strategy – identifying success factors, differentiation opportunities, customer experience and wholesale partner parameters. * Work with Consumer Fixed team and wider Consumer team to improve understanding and knowledge around FTTH and the evolution of the technology. * Present to key stakeholders and demonstrating strong customer and commercial insight and an ability to inform and influence stakeholders to achieve the segment objectives. Commercial Success & Reporting * Responsible for delivery of our commercial objectives across all KPIs – Base, ARPU, homes passed / connected etc * Act as a Consumer Segment SPOC for all relationships with Wholesale & third-party providers ensuring the best interests of Vodafone Ireland are met * Work with the Consumer Fixed Team and wider organisation (local and group) to ensure best practice is known and adopted within market * Identify new, highly rated and compelling ways of offering FTTH services and contribute creative ideas for the development and promotion of the FTTH services * Responsible for conducting ad hoc queries from various Vodafone OpCo’s as well as Vodafone Group  * Regularly and clearly report performance and acceleration / recovery plans as appropriate * Analyse industry and local trends across FTTH and associated technologies vs. competitors and communicate analysis/summary findings on a regular basis.  Customer Experience * Generate insight from extensive customer/channel listening & data analysis * Identify key trends, issues & opportunities that measurably improve our customers’ experience * Define the customer experience excellence strategy for the segment and manage, execute & track against the programme of key initiatives you have devised with input from your cross-functional team of Customer Experience specialists, to maximise segment NPS & deliver on KPIs & targets We Are Looking For You, If You Have: Essential * Minimum 5 years marketing experience with a focus on proposition ideation, design & development  * Experience working cross functionally & delivering on time and under pressure  * Education to a degree level or highly relevant compensating work experience; previous telecommunications / other services industry marketing experience advantageous * Previous experience working in an Agile methodology is desirable however training will be provided * Solid communications & presentation skills (written & verbal) Desirable * Previous experience in Fixed Broadband Market * Excellent project planning & organisational skills * Demonstratable through experience; ability to influence & steer * Previous Experience working to Agile Principles and Practises Who we are: Vodafone is pioneering Ireland's gigabit society.
