You will support the Global Beer S&OP with key markets and covering the globe (Innovation review, Demand review, Supply review and Executive review). The key to this role will be to support the Beer Category Leader in the deployment and delivery of the Beer Category Strategy. You will look for the best service at affordable cost and cash to deliver NSV and GM encouraged by the company for this Category. The Business planner supports the delivery of the Beer operating strategy to deliver business objectives short term (18 month) and long term (10/20 years). About you To be successful in role you will have Supply Chain planning experience in CPG. Additionally, some wider cross planning experience preferable e.g. I&BC, DRP, CS, manufacturing. Ideally you will have Team management experience and good leadership influencing and partner engagement. You will have a customer centric mind set and systems experience within supply chain optimization platforms (ERP / master data, time-phased replenishment planning systems). You will champion Root Cause culture and methodology building on visual controls excellence and working effectively across planning functions to eliminate service risk.
