Sales Merchandiser
To deliver brilliant in-store execution across a defined territory by improving availability, shelf standards, planogram compliance, promotional compliance and POS visibility. Reports to: Field Sales Manager Works closely with:- field sales, telesales, operations, brand teams, retail partners. WHAT WILL YOU DO? WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE • Manage and control cyclical count implementation and reporting on the system. • Work as a team player within the team function and the with the wider team. • Being proactive in dealing with daily queries on the floor and from the supply chain and ensure they are dealt with promptly and effectively. • Being proactive in managing the loss prevention of stock and dealing with any queries that arise. • Work with the team and the customer on queries and ensure the customer is satisfied with outcome. • Planned and organised in managing seasonal projects and deliver and meet deadlines. • Manage daily queries from the customer and manage in an agreed time frame and control any discrepancies and resolve. • Manage the system and be able to produce reports on weekly and monthly basis for KPI reporting. • Work with and communicate with the Supply Chain Manager. • Responsible for managing stock takes.
