TECHNICAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR | €14.50 per hour We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at Longford Forest as Technical Services Administrator. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this is a key role within Technical Services, working with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the department. They are the collator and custodian of the department statutory and mandatory compliance records. Their role involves dealing directly with the technical services team and external contractors. In addition to this, the Technical Services Administrator is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Department Managers and the Technical Services Manager, including writing meeting notes, completing work permits and raising electronic purchase orders. ABOUT YOU A solid administration background is essential preferably in a technical environment or where you have had direct contact with technical staff / contractors.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as the role involves direct contact with the wider team and external contractors. We are now looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly team. In this role, you will have the chance to learn and progress from the ground floor up, helping with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food. Working to the highest standards and in an environment that combines popular menus and quality food with the very best in service. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and the desire to learn and develop. Previous experience within a kitchen environment would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. DUTY MANAGER | Circa €51,200 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme We are looking for a Duty Manager to join Longford Forest. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering great service and exceeding guest expectations. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager you will be directly responsible for overseeing shift management across the village, ensuring operational standards are maintained across all divisions and that guest issues are addressed promptly in order to protect our brand reputation. As the Senior Manager during the shift, you will require the ability to deliver exceptional guest care skills and maintain high standards for a quality memorable experience for our guests. You will have a desire to improve the business and drive opportunities in a pro-active, strategic manner. You will be required to liaise with Senior Company personnel across all business areas and be able to perform under pressure to effectively manage any potential emergency situations. Due to the sensitive nature of this role the successful applicants will be required to undergo Garda Vetting. This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence. ABOUT YOU You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal effectively with guests, management, Center Parcs colleagues and all outsourced partners in order to ensure the Company can exceed both revenue and profit targets.
