Reporting to the company’s Chief Executive Officer, the CTO will be responsible for oversight of short and long-term technical and engineering strategy, and providing high-level, forward-thinking vision across both the technology and product roadmap. Following an evaluation of the current state of the organisation this person will refine, regroup and improve all aspects of the company's technological development and future product strategy in conjunction with the executive team. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with demonstrable expertise in leading and managing the creation of first-in-class products, including a full SaaS development cycle. The ideal person will have experience in fast growing SAAS scale up environments moving people, processes and systems to scale. The CTO will work across all areas of the business to help deliver the company's strategic goals, including setting business requirements, assessing and improving application architecture, including ensuring best practice adherence in all development processes, and ensuring the implementation of market and customer led roadmaps. They will communicate with staff, executives, and customers to ensure the company’s technologies are fit for the next phase of growth and used appropriately and optimally. Alongside this, the initial phase will require a consultative process in assessing the company and the various avenues of technical / product growth available to it. The CTO will advise as to the potential of the business to grow its product set by adding adjacent functionality, or by improving the functionality that already exists – in order to build a SAAS business that will be well set up, competitively differentiated, and suitably invested from a tech perspective.

For the purposes of this post, you will primarily be based in the Galway service hub and the majority of your work will be in the county of Galway, though you will clinically supervise both the Jigsaw Galway and Roscommon teams and therefore, some of your work will be in the county of Roscommon. The role of Clinical Manager is suited to experienced Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologists, Social Workers, Mental Health Nurses, ICP accredited Psychotherapists and Occupational Therapists. The Clinical Manager is the mental health lead for the local Jigsaw service, providing clinical leadership across the therapeutic support service as well as the mental health education and training programmes. The Clinical Manager is responsible for clinical governance and acts as the clinical lead for the transdisciplinary Jigsaw team which works with young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
