As a Casual CP Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision of service users undertaking a variety of practical tasks including gardening, painting and decorating and small building works. You will be required to manage the work of up to ten service users following Health and Safety and working instructions. We require casual staff to cover permanent employees annual leave particularly around weekend hours. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities The suitable applicant will have the ability to supervise service users out on work placements in the community and provide thorough worksite inductions in line with safe systems. You will follow a set work plan and transport service users to the site in a minibus for which you will need a manual driving licence. You will need to organise equipment for the day and complete associated paperwork on a daily basis.
