A Sales Associate is now required for our Decorating Centre situated in North Park, Finglas, Co. Dublin. This role is a full-time position and working hours will cover Monday and Saturday each week. Main duties and responsibilities · Deliver excellent service to all Fleetwood customers. · Maintain positive relationships with customers by listening to their requirements and feeding back by answering their questions and queries. · Ensure that all orders are processed correctly and that couriers are contacted to arrange deliveries as required. · Deal with all complaints in a professional and non-confrontational manner. · Grow and maintain product knowledge. · Drive sales and proactively engage with customers to find new sales opportunities. · Work with colleagues to ensure that products are fully stocked as required and merchandising is in line with company standards. · Assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in and around the depot. · Check off incoming stock and put away in a timely manner. · Always assure that health and safety requirements are adhered to. Qualification and Competencies · Experience in a retail environment preferable. · Minimum of Leaving Cert. qualifications preferable. · Knowledge of stock taking procedures would be an advantage. · Strong communication, customer service and listening skills. · Work with enthusiasm and motivation with a high level of willingness to learn. · Friendly personality. · Full Driving Licence preferable.
