Experience: · At least 2 years’ experience and a qualification in Specialist Palliative Care. · Candidates must possess the requisite clinical, leadership, managerial and administrative knowledge, and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office. · Excellent understanding of clinical governance, service planning, service provision and resource management. · Successful track record of delivering change programmes.
