Healthcare Assistant For Enhanced Care Programme
Purpose of the Role Enhanced Care refers to the need for additional or extraordinary care, beyond what is provided for, within average daily staffing levels. The post holder will work as part of a wider healthcare team in providing high quality and compassionate care to the child and young person and family who requires enhanced care or 1:1 specialling including children and young people with mental health needs or behaviours that challenge, other medical needs, or that your manager and other registered health practitioners delegate to you, in line with relevant standards, policies and protocols as required.
