HR Officer
HR OFFICER MACS are recruiting an HR professional to lead the HR & Admin team to manage administrative activities, liaising with external providers, maintaining HR systems and co-coordinating recruitment drives. MACS provide support services for children and young people aged 16-25 years who may be experiencing a range of issues including homelessness or at risk of homelessness, substance use, mental health difficulties, anti-social behaviour, leaving care, self-harm and/or suicidal thoughts. The HR and Admin Team have responsibility for the support functions in MACS, ensuring effective processing of Staff Learning and Development, Recruitment and Personnel records. They provide telephone and reception arrangements and organisational correspondence, which maintain the welcoming atmosphere and culture for staff, young people and visitors to MACS! Temporary Counterassistant
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Counter Assistant to join our Fountain Hill branch in Antrim for approximately 9-12 months to cover a period of Maternity Leave. Working 16 hours per week, from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday, and 11.00am to 8.00pm Wednesday. Additional hours may be required from time to time and applicants must be fully flexible to work according to the rota. Working as part of a team duties can include; sales of over the counter medicines, providing customers with information on symptoms and products, prescription receipt and collection, date checking, and the ordering, receiving and storing of pharmaceutical stock.
