Reporting to the Policy, Performance & Partnership Manager you will work with key internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and identify opportunities to work together for mutual benefit through Corporate and Community Planning processes and structures. You will be responsible for collaborating with our delivery teams to understand our stakeholders, identify issues and craft compelling solutions. Reporting to the CSS Support Hub Manager you will play a key role in supporting the establishment and management of a new CSS Support Hub to ensure there is an efficient, flexible, high-quality, customer- focused, timely and responsive service to meet the needs of the organisation. You will support the design the operating model for the new CSS Support Hub. You will support the CSS Support Hub Manager in working with senior managers to ensure that the CSS Support Hub meets their needs in providing effective administration support and you will assist with the streamlining and continuous improvement of relevant processes. You will act as supervisor to the staff in the new CSS Support Hub allocating resources and developing business processes to request support.
