They will be a registered health professional who will ensure the needs of victims and survivors are appropriately assessed and a tailored support plan put in place. The Regional Health & Wellbeing Case Manager will be a key member of the core Health & Wellbeing Team, while also leading in a dedicated specialist area. The Regional Health & Wellbeing Case Manager will have a pivotal role in providing comprehensive knowledge and professional advice on a diverse range of matters pertaining to Health and Wellbeing Services.
