Working in the Customer Service Department, the Customer Service Administrator will be a key point of contact with our retailers to deal with order processing & customer queries regarding orders from the National Distribution Centre, Bonded Warehouse & Chilled orders and queries from our supplier network. Technical Standards Manager
THIS ROLE IS A FOR A FIXED TERM OF UP TO 12 MONTHS INITIALLY, WHICH MAY BECOME PERMANENT AT A LATER STAGE IF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS EXIST. BAND: 7 JOB PURPOSE: The Technical Standards Manager will report to the Head of Development Services; working within a team involved in the active programming and approval of general needs and supported housing schemes to provide technical support within the Development Programme Group; dealing with the evolution and assessment of schemes to meet the requirements of the Housing Association Guide. As a senior professional in the team the Technical Standards Manager may be required to cross professional boundaries to make a contribution to the overall management of the group. JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to undertake timely, clinically informed nursing assessments for all new referrals at the request of the chair of New Referrals Committee, Adult Day Waitlist and Residential Approvals committees as appropriate. Using nursing expertise, the postholder will evaluate clinical need, determine appropriate pathways, and support safe, effective admission, discharge and transfer decisions. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. The role ensures that referrals are assessed holistically and makes recommendations for the most suitable service, promoting high‑quality, person‑centred care and optimising efficiency across the organisation. Essential Qualifications: Registered Nurse Intellectual Disability (RNID) on the active Register of Nurses and Midwives with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Or A recognised university degree in Nursing or equivalent and A post‑registration Level 8 qualification (QQI Level 8 or higher) relevant to the specialist area (e.g., intellectual disability, behaviour support, complex needs) (i) On appointment, practitioners must maintain live annual registration on the relevant division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann). Are you a motivated individual who works well in a team? Are you passionate about delivering the best service for customers? The ideal person will have/be: GCSE level or equivalent minimum grade C in Maths and English. Used Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word previously. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Arrange, authorise and manage rental bookings (including damages, fines, etc.). Process Road Fund Licences (RFL), MOTs and PCNs. Produce and manage invoices and recharges. Run weekly and monthly reports. Manage in-house courtesy vehicles using CTS. Attend monthly Enterprise statement review meetings. Process travel abroad applications. Health & Safety Responsibilities Actively uphold the Company’s Health and Safety Policy. Comply with all relevant legislation as outlined in the Company Handbook.
