We have an excellent opportunity for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in our Lisnaskea Practice. The successful applicant will work 22.5 hours per week from 9:00am-5:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Duties will include being responsible for all reception duties, operating a very busy switchboard, manage customer queries via telephone, email and post and booking patients appointments and general administrative duties. Please note that NIFRS will create a reserve list for 12 months should any further Watch Commander – Operational Guidance and Policy (Day Duty) vacancies arise after the initial appointments. NIFRS may appoint secondments from this recruitment and selection process should these arise during the time the reserve list is live. It should be noted that in order to be appointed to a seconded post the candidates’ substantive role cannot be more than one role below. We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified Part Time Dispenser/Trainee Dispenser to work in our Waringstown branch for approximately 6 months. Working 16 hours per week, between the hours of 9.00am to 6.30pm Thursday, and 9.00am to 5.30pm Friday. Additional hours may be required from time to time and applicants must be fully flexible to work according to the rota. Working as part of a team duties can include; sales of over the counter medicines, providing customers with information on symptoms and products, prescription receipt and collection, date checking, and the ordering, receiving and storing of pharmaceutical stock.
