Purpose of the Post Support people who are sleeping rough and/or experiencing long-term and multiple exclusion homelessness to move into secure, permanent housing at the earliest opportunity, without preconditions for sobriety or treatment compliance. The Project Worker will be responsible for supporting people prior to, during, and following their move through case management and key working, to build their capacity to meet their goals, address their support needs, and sustain their housing: processing referrals, conducting assessments; care/support planning and implementation of care/support plans; engaging with service users; supporting service users with move on plans; managing maintenance issues; participating in practice supervision. Where appropriate the Housing First Worker will play a key role in recruiting, mentoring and supporting staff and students (if applicable) in order to ensure that the highest level and standards of social care practice are further developed and maintained in the service.

Exhibitions And Collection Services Coordinator
The Gallery wishes to recruit an Exhibitions and Collection Services Coordinator for the Exhibitions & Collection Services Department on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. This role is expected to support the Head of Exhibitions and Collection Services by liaising with curators, registrars and other departments to facilitate the exhibition process, from initial concept to installation. CORLANN – WEST REGION CHILDREN’S DISABILITY NETWORK TEAM POST OF: TEMPORARY FULL TIME HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE ASSISTANT JOB REF: 98762 Job Title: Health & Social Care Assistant Location: Woodlands Campus, Dublin Rd. Galway Tenure: Specific Purpose Full time and pensionable linked on a specific purpose basis to new funding. Remuneration: Department of Health, Health & Social Care Assistant 01/02/2026 - salary scale - €36,288 x 8 increments - € 45,484 pro-rata per annum. Purpose of the post: To provide a range of supports to children from 0-18 years of age and their families who are supported by the Network Disability Team, within an interdisciplinary framework and family centred practice. Reporting Relationship: The post holder will report to the Children’s Disability Network Manager (CNDM) Qualifications: Candidates must: (i) Possess the relevant Health Service Skills QQI (FETAC) Level 5. Or (ii) Have obtained an equivalent qualification to (i) from another jurisdiction. Or (iii) Be currently employed as a Physiotherapy/ Speech & language Assistant or in a comparable role And b) Candidates must have the personal competence and capacity to properly discharge the duties of the role. A full clean Irish driving licence and use of your own car is an essential requirement. Fluency in verbal and written English an essential requirement of this post. Experience: • Candidates have experience of working with children with complex needs (for example autism, physical & medical complex needs, behaviours of concern). • Experience in the use of TEACCH, Lámh and other forms of AAC is an advantage. Working Hours: • 70 hours a fortnight. Contracted hours of work are liable to change between the hours of 8am – 8pm from Monday to Friday. A family centred approach to service delivery and the ongoing transformation of the health service will require employees to be flexible in their working hours to provide a quality service delivery for each individual. The Health Service is undergoing ongoing modernisation and therefore it is critical that a flexible attitude to changing environments and work requirements is held by the successful candidate.
