Job Summary: As a Credit Services Agent for the UK market within Global Operations, you’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Your main tasks include handling credit inquiries via phone and messaging, managing credit limit adjustments, waiving fees and interest, processing payments, explaining credit statements, and supporting customers with financial difficulties (outside of Collections). Over The Counter Medicines And Food Supplements Buyer
Role Purpose The successful candidate will be responsible for OTC Medicine and Food Supplement Buying working alongside supppliers, store teams and Head Office colleagues. The postholder will ensure the ranges stay relevant, competitively priced, well-stocked and profitable. They will also analyse sales and stock data, plan promotions, negotiate prices and help drive the commercial success of the business. This is a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate will need to be organised, analytical and confident negotiating with suppliers. They will need to work well with others but can also take ownership of their categories independently. The individual must be a strong communicator and have the ability to build good relationships with colleagues across the business and key suppliers. Young people can live with us for up to 2 years before moving into the community.
