The Role: The Team Manager will provide leadership and direction for the Day service staff team, outreach programmes and independent living programmes within the Deerpark Services. The Team Manager will be responsible for actively coordinating the team to ensure the development of person-centred services as agreed on the Service Plan for each Service Area. The Team Manager will work with and support the staff teams and be responsible for the overall operational management of the specified locations of the service. The successful candidates will work closely with the Service coordinator/ Area Manager to ensure that services are delivered in an efficient and effective manner within the agreed budget, and will be proactive members of Orchard Services management team.
